What is your procurement process of scrap metal?
Our procurement process is as follows:
Scrap Quote Inquiry: Please send photos, quantity details, and spectroscopic analysis data of your scrap materials to our experts.
Price Negotiation: We will discuss and negotiate the pricing for the scrap metal.
On-site Inspection: Once the price has been confirmed, our experts will visit your location to inspect the materials.
Contract Signing: Provided everything is in order, a sales contract will be signed.
Payment Processing: In accordance with the terms of the bilateral contract, our company will arrange for payment within three days.
Logistics & Completion: Huatuo will arrange for the transportation of the goods, thereby completing the order.
What's your transportation terms?
Usually our transportation terms is FOB Hong Kong port. If there's better transportation terms are available, it can be negotiated.
What's your payment terms?
Typically, our payment terms require a 30% payment upon completion of inspection and signing of the sales contract, with the balance 70% upon receipt of the official Bill of Lading. If there's better payment terms are available, it can be negotiated.
