Recycled Scraps

We Purchase Titanium Palladium Alloy Scraps (Ti Gr 7 & Gr 11) Worldwide

Titanium Palladium Alloy

Titanium palladium alloy ( Ti-Pd) is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant titanium alloy based on titanium with a trace amount of palladium (typically 0.12%-0.25%).  It contains Titanium Gr 7 & Gr11. The addition of palladium significantly enhances titanium's corrosion resistance in extreme environments, such as those with strong acids and bases.

What Grades of Titanium Contain Palladium?

In titanium grades, palladium (Pd) is specifically added to significantly improve the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys in non-oxidizing media (such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid). These grades are often referred to as "corrosion-resistant titanium alloys". The following are common titanium grades containing palladium and their key values:

Titanium GradePalladium contentMain FeaturesCommon applicationsKey Values
Grade 70.12% - 0.25%

This is the most commonly used palladium-containing titanium material.

It is made by adding palladium to pure titanium (Grade 2).

Widely used in chemical equipment, heat exchangers, and electrochemical anodes.Palladium content, excellent corrosion resistance
Grade 110.12% - 0.25%

Similar in composition to Grade 7, but with a lower oxygen content.

It has improved ductility and is easier to cold form.

It is often used in chemical pipelines, coils and other parts that require complex shapes.Palladium content, high ductility, excellent corrosion resistance

Titanium-palladium alloy (Ti-Pd) plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchange equipment designed for highly corrosive environments. Its core advantage lies in the palladium element (0.04%-0.25%) that improves the corrosion resistance of the titanium matrix, especially in reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid) and chlorine-containing media.
